We have appointed local lettings agent, Edwards, who will be responsible for letting the apartments at Fordham House for us.

Edward Lowe, managing director of Edwards, said,

“We’re delighted to have been appointed as the lettings agent to handle Fordham House on behalf of Orbit. We pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide to both landlords and tenants combined. Fordham House is a ultra-modern contemporary build and we’re extremely excited to be involved in such a high quality scheme.”

Fordham House will be ready to occupy during September 2017 and provides 82 private rented homes (64 one bedroom and 18 two bedroom apartments). Located in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon, on the corner of Birmingham Road and Clopton Road, it is close to Stratford Hospital, the railway station, schools and the town centre.

It is named after Edward Fordham Flower, a brewer, banker and politician who had close ties with the town. The first Flowers Brewery was built in 1831 on the opposite corner of Birmingham Road and Clopton Road; while the Fordham House site was originally the cooperage (where they made wooden barrels to store ale) for the brewery.
